Tommy is very responsive to inquiries, very professional, keeps lines of communication open, very honest, provides estimates promptly, scheduled work in a reasonable time frame and sticks to his schedule, and the work is top quality for a very reasonable price. JEMS did repairs on our private road, which was full of pot holes and failing asphalt. Now it is smooth and solid !! I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend !!

I contacted Jems to take a look at my gravel driveway that had washed out and was in desperate need of a redo. Tommy came out and gave his honest opinion and was extremely fair with his price. When we decided to use them for our driveway he worked around our busy schedule. One thing I can honestly say is that Tommy and his guys were very polite and took a lot of pride in there work and I am very glad I used them for my drive way project.
